Is this another quick fix?

I am in perimenopause or menopause. Will this work?

Yes. This is exactly who we built the program for. We work with the hormonal and metabolic shifts that happen after 40, not against them.

Do I have to do hours of cardio?

No. Three to four strength sessions a week and consistent walking. That is the foundation.

How much time per week?

Most women spend 3 to 5 hours a week on training. No multi-hour meal prep. No 5 am wake-ups required.

What if I have already tried everything?
